2.1 Transformational Life Education Services

OraVenti provides personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and retreats designed to foster personal growth and well-being. These services are delivered live or via online sessions according to the schedule agreed at the time of booking.

2.2 Informational Products

We offer digital courses, workbooks, and guided materials that support your transformational journey. Access details are provided upon purchase and delivery is digital.

2.3 Physical Goods

OraVenti may sell tangible items such as printed materials, journals, or tools that complement our transformational programs. Shipping details are confirmed at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Transformational Life Education Services

For one-on-one or group sessions, you may request a refund of the full fee or reschedule once without penalty, provided requests are received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Refunds or rescheduled sessions will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 days of approval. If a service is explicitly sold as non-refundable due to limited availability or specialized preparation, this will be indicated at the time of purchase and no refund will be provided.

3.2 Informational Products

For digital courses or materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Refund processing occurs within 14 days to your original payment method. To request a refund, contact us through our contact form.

3.3 Physical Goods

For any physical items purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt in its original condition to Kramgasse 49, 3011 Bern, Switzerland. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase fee excluding any original shipping charges within 14 days via the original payment method.
