Most of our in-person workshops take place at our Bern studio near Kramgasse 49, 3011 Bern. We also partner with select venues across Switzerland for special retreats. Virtual options are hosted through secure online platforms to ensure interactive engagement.

Yes, we offer fully remote options that mirror our in-person experience. Online sessions include live interactive seminars, breakout activities and digital workbooks. This flexibility allows participants inside and outside Switzerland to engage fully.
Our programs are delivered primarily in English and German. We also accommodate small groups in French when requested, and provide translated materials for non-native speakers to ensure clarity and inclusivity.
